We are pleased to announce that a research paper co-authored by Masaki Abe of MAGNEX has received the Textile Machinery Society of Japan Award (Paper Award) from The Textile Machinery Society of Japan.

The awarded paper presents research on improving the flexibility and performance of nickel yarn triple plain weave current collectors for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). It was highly evaluated as a significant contribution to the advancement of textile engineering. This research was conducted jointly with the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Technology Research Institute and Ibaraki University.

MAGNEX will continue to contribute to the realization of a hydrogen society and the advancement of energy technology through research and development of SOFC-related technologies.

MAGNEX will exhibit its SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) in the Aisan Industry Co., Ltd. booth at H2 & FC EXPO [Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo], held at Tokyo Big Sight from Tuesday, March 17 to Thursday, March 19, 2026.

As part of Aisan Industry's efforts toward a hydrogen society, MAGNEX's SOFC technology will be presented together with a compact air-cooled fuel cell system and an ammonia-hydrogen power generation system.

MAGNEX's SOFC is a highly efficient power generation technology with excellent fuel flexibility, and is expected to contribute to a hydrogen society. Through this exhibition, we will introduce our technical work and future plans.
